It’s already been one month plus, and I succeeded in losing 3.5 kg of weight, and it’s a very normal and healthy way of losing weight. Everyone is trying to lose weight in one week or within a short span of time, but according to medical science, it is an unhealthy way to lose weight quickly. Losing 3 kg of weight per month is taken as normal.

I was 71 kg at Tihar, and after Tihar, I started my weight-loss journey. And now I am 67.5 kg, as per today. When I was ready to start my new project, ‘Going College’, I thought of weight loss as eating unhealthy foods and not exercising dilutes your mind. To clean my mind, I need to start a disciplined diet plan and exercise. And I found some positive vibes, as your mind gets more active when you consume fewer junk foods.
There are lots of diet plans found online. Some do ‘intermediate fasting’, whereas GM fasting is also popular. But I did some research and experiments on myself and came up with a concept named ‘Disciplined Diet Plan’. This is my copyrighted diet plan 😉
I will write about this diet plan in some other posts in the coming days. I am targeting to reach around 60 kg within this month. Let’s see. And if I succeed, I will share in detail about the ‘Disciplined Diet Plan.’ It is very simple, and you can eat momos and chowmein as part of this plan. But you will have some twists in it. We will talk in another post.
